Cleared backlog of financial audit to meet ROC timeline, completed budget for the Year 2017 in accordance with group time frame.     –  I was seconded as the Financial Controller for other investment companies in the Group doing business in retail and food & beverage.
  • Managing and overseeing the finance department and financial process for UAE.   • Major achievements include – Improved cash position, supplier relations through negotiations, and meeting payment plan commitments. I was also a part of the JD Edwards implementation. Had been instrumental in setting up a complete warehouse and inventory system from scratch for the facilities division in UAE. In the subsidiary food and beverage unit, I was instrumental in the improvement of the profitability from an operating loss of USD 200K to an EBITDA margin of USD 1.4 M.
