As the General Manager of Sales and Project Management at WaldrichSiegen, a German multinational company, I have been leading a team of sales and project managers for over 9 years here. We handle the entire lifecycle of complex and customized capital equipment projects for clients across various industrial sectors, such as metalworking, mining, energy, and transportation.

With a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA in Marketing with more than 23 years of experience, I combine technical and business skills to formulate and execute strategies, manage P&L, oversee procurement and finance, and build long-term customer relationships. I have successfully delivered multiple projects with high quality, efficiency, and profitability, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Achievements
  • Successfully developed and converted all Mechanical Suspension of MBT ARJUN TANK into Hydro-Pneumatic Suspension with the help of scientists of CVRED, DRDO & bagged an Order of INR 1233 million Rupees in 2008 from Indian Defense on proprietary basis.
  •  Successfully replaced conventional Mechanical Rope Drum Hoisting Systems of Dam Gate into Hydraulic Hoisting System in Chamera-II Hydroelectric Project at Chamba district in the state of Himachal Pradesh in India in 2009.
  • Converted standard Hard Chrome plated piston rod of Hydraulic Cylinder into Ceramic Coated Rod in Bhusan Power & Steel, Sambalpur, Orisa to increase performance of the cylinder where the ambient condition was aggressive; Later on the concept was well accepted in all Private Sector & Public Sector Steel Plant in India.
  •  Conceptualized ‘metal to metal contact’ inside cylinder & replaced competitor’s standard guide ring to Hunger make guide ring of POM -PTFE-BRZ to avoid arcing of Piston Rod of Electrode Regulating Cylinder in ARC Furnace of Steel Melting Shop (SMS).
  • Replaced externally guided Aluminum Casting Cylinder into internally guided Cylinder to reduce the rejection of Aluminum ingots and bagged INR 91.3 Million of order for a single Cylinder from Hindalco, Hirakud in 2011. Replaced conventional Aluminum Casting Cylinder into Vertical Aluminum Casting Cylinder with anti- rotating device in Balco, Met Trade (Delhi), Hindalco-Hirakud etc.

  • Responsible for National & International operations in the Structural division in Hydro mechanical Equipment & Steel Structures division, handling Hydro-Mechanical equipment (gates, penstock, EOT cranes, Gantry cranes, trash rack cleaning machine etc.), industrial structure, bridges & flyover structure, marine structure etc.
